Bradley Webb specializes in Human Resources Management and related consulting. This occupational focus represents a natural progression following a 10+ year career consisting of hands-on, Human Resources experience working for public and private organizations such as the Tulare County Deputy Sheriff’s Association, Care Medical (a California corporation), Tulare County Office of Education, Earlimart School District, and Orchard Supply Hardware.
As a Human Resources Consultant, he provides Human Resources generalist support to nonprofit organizations and for profit companies. His areas of expertise include: building an HR infrastructure, ensuring compliance of personnel files, writing and updating employee handbooks, creating ADA compliant job descriptions, administering benefits and workers' compensation program, and providing counsel and guidance to senior management teams.
In addition to his hands-on consultation services, Bradley also conducts management training sessions on "Interviewing & Recruiting Techniques”, "Workplace Harassment Prevention”, and "Workplace Safety." Likewise, he provides training on additional topics for programs and organizations whose industries include education, law enforcement, and durable medical equipment sales and services.
Brad is a former member of the Association of California School Administrators. Through this organization he received a Personnel Academy Certificate of Graduation.
